Today PI Cottex is the leading fabric manufacturing unit providing commissioned knitting, dyeing, finishing and printing services to garment and textile fabric industries which is ideally suited to all types of batches, niche quality production in volumes offering customers a flexible innovative service which is complemented by our product range in knitted fabrics made of 100% Cotton, viscose, modal, polyester & their blends in structure like S/Jersey, Pique, French Terry, Fleece, Rib and I/Lock etc. with and without spandex. In solids & prints also for garment manufacturers for brands, exports & activewear etc.

The strength of the company lies in the world class state of art machinery imported by the best from Italy, Germany, Korea, Hong Kong and China delivering an array of premium quality knitted fabrics to our customers.

These fabrics flaunt intricate knitting, innovative patterns and designs finished inhouse processing via ideas and sophisticated machines that enhance the right quality of the fabric. Our eco-friendly unit has been set up in 200,000 sq ft area and is equipped with all facilities, a strong networking system, ably aided by a team of dedicated personnel from the foundation of our company.

Our in-house quality control team leaves no stone unturned to ensure the quality check/measures and systems at all stages of the production process are in conformity to quality assurance norms.

I feel great pride in showcasing our expertise and experience in processing yarns into numerous knitted fabric structures with innovative designs and patterns, Dyeing, Printing and Finishing them with the right kind of brushing techniques.
In order to boost the right quality of fabric, we have installed hi-tech fabric processing machines from Italy, Germany, Korea, Hong Kong and China for Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing, Printing and others. The result has added value to customer satisfaction and enhanced our business growth. Today, we are privileged with apt technology, a substantial number of machines and adroit human resources.
These 16 years in fabric processing have opened our perception towards machines and expanded our horizons. Now it’s time to explore the global platform for plausible opportunities in the sector, new advancements in technology and creative ideas to experiment in textiles.

Journey so far

30 years back Pruthi Exports started producing high quality garments for both domestic and export market. The ambition to touch zenith, the struggle of initial days surmounted with fusion of enthusiasm and success.
PI Cottex was established in 2007, with a vision to create a better value and sustainable services to customers and to supply high quality knitted fabrics to sister concern Pruthi Exports.
With meager production of 2 tons per day in 2007, today PI Cottex is having a production of 15 tons per day in Cotton, Textile fabric, Cotton Lycra, Poly Lycra, Pique Lycra, Fleece Fabric, Rib, Interlock, PC, 100% Polyester, Polyester Lycra, Sportswear, Activewear and Printing etc.
PI Cottex’s vertically integrated unit and high end value added services are at the cutting edge of innovation in the textile industry.
Today, the company has attained significant recognition in field of textiles and knitted fabric production not only to the national market but also catering to the international market amongst the top performing fabric manufacturing process houses. Our company masters the art of undertaking processing of knitted fabrics from knitting to solids & prints.

global organic textile standard (GOTS) stating that we use organic cotton and processed according to organic standards.
‘Class 1 Certification‘ of OEKO TEX Standard declaring using high quality standards of dyes and chemicals, which are non-hazardous suitable for products made for infants to adults any age.
‘Scope Certificate‘ by GRS global recycle standard, we can process recycle fabrics as per international standard norms
‘Scope Certificate by BCI’  Better Cotton Initiative to support the producers economy.
